Local businesses will be handing out treats as kids and families stroll through downtown collecting goodies.To keep the fun safe and stress-free, Bridge Street will be closed to vehicle traffic, creating a family-friendly, walkable area perfect for trick-or-treating. It’s a festive way to celebrate Halloween while supporting local shops and enjoying the charm of the Twin Cities.
