We are thrilled to announce the expansion of Tapestry Hospice with the opening of our new office in Blue Ridge, Georgia, serving patients in Fannin, Union, Gilmer and Pickens counties. As a locally owned and operated hospice company headquartered in Calhoun, Ga, Tapestry Hospice was founded in 2010 by Dr. David Lovell, Stephanie Harbour and Andy Nall, RN combining over 40 years of experience in hospice, palliative, chronic care management and senior housing. Together they lead a dedicated team, who proudly call this community home and stand ready to provide exceptional services, ensuring comfort and support during life's most challenging moments.
