Overview

As the legend goes, two retired beer enthusiasts were learning how to brew in an outdoor shower. One day, an argument started about what to throw in the mix. During the argument, one of their wives told them that they sound like a couple of Grumpy Old Men. The name stuck.

Grumpy Old Men Brewing was officially established on July 4th, 2013 when those same grumpy old men shipped their first legal brew. Their beers quickly became a staple of the North Georgia beer scene. Back when decided they were ready to resume their retirement, the two Grumpy Old Men handed over the taps to a new grumpy old man and his crabby old lady over eight years ago now. The two original grumpy old men still enjoy the beer, just from the other side of the bar.
