Fannin County Empty Stocking Program is a Non-Profit Corporation that provides Christmas for less fortunate children. They accept donations year-round and always need volunteers for fundraisers and such. They now have a Thrift Store located at 4149 East 1st St., Blue Ridge, 30513. Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
