Downtown Blue Ridge

Downtown will be all lit up with a Window Decorating contest, so take a stroll and check out the shop windows for a magical experience. The big tree in the park will be all lit up. And Santa Clause will be in the Gazebo for children to visit. Learn all about it.

Blue Ridge Scenic Railway

Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus and take a Christmas-themed ride aboard the BRSR. Every kid will get a traditional bell and candy cane. Blue Ridge Scenic Railway will be hosting Santa Express Trains in November and December.

Blue Ridge On Ice

Enjoy ice skating in Blue Ridge, this winter! Rink opens on November 18th with the final day of skating on January 7th. Located in the Blue Ridge Farmer's Market next to The Swan Drive-in. Concessions are available with burgers, fries, deep fried Oreos and more! Get all the details.

Light Up McCaysville - Tree Lighting - Nov. 24th Light up the season on the river with family & friends! Shop, Dine, & Unwind into the holidays. Visit Santa in the Riverwalk Shops Light-up festivities will begin at 5 p.m. and the lighting of the tree is at sunset.
