Below is a list of Fannin County projects funded by Tourism Product Development Hotel/Motel Excise Tax. What is considered a Tourism Product Development project? The creation or expansion of physical attractions which are available and open to the public.

Horseshoe Bend Park:
New playground, sidewalk, and fencing around the playground
Pressure washing and cleaning
Small pavilion remodel and new picnic tables (in-process)
New walking trail (in-process)
New dog park (in-process)
River access point (in-process)
Improved signage (in-process)

Tom Boyd Park:
New playground
New outdoor basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts
Green space improvements around the soccer fields including picnic tables
New fencing for field #8

Tammen Park:
Pressure washing and cleaning
New signage (in-process)

Blue Ridge Park:
Field work
Tennis court repair
Master plan drawings
Old pool demolition
New pool design work (in-process)
New pool construction (2023-2024)

US Forest Service:
Road improvements at Swinging Bridge
New picnic tables and trash cans at the Lake Blue Ridge Day Use Area (Green Creek)
New kiosk at the Lake Blue Ridge Day Use Area (in-process)
