Join us on April 4 in The Roost Room at Roo Mountain Vineyards for an intimate and elevated Italian culinary evening, thoughtfully crafted for guests who appreciate classic flavors prepared with modern finesse. This gourmet dinner experience features a welcome aperitif upon arrival, followed by a multi-course Italian-inspired menu highlighting house-made pastas, premium seafood, and expertly prepared veal, concluding with a decadent stuffed chocolate cannoli. From herbed focaccia and vibrant calamari to bucatini finished tableside in a Parmesan wheel and lobster-filled ravioli, each dish is designed to be both indulgent and memorable. Wine is not included beyond the aperitif, allowing guests to select beverages to their personal preference from our bar offerings. Seating is limited, with dinner seatings available at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM, ensuring a relaxed and refined dining experience in one of Roo’s most exclusive spaces.
