Property Management and Securities offers home watch services and large parcel land management for vacant land and home owners located in Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Morganton, Blue Ridge and surrounding areas in NE Georgia.
Services Include:
HOME WATCH SERVICES
▪ Inspect exterior of home and detached structures including lanais, decks, patios, siding, garages, storage sheds and barns.▪ Inspect landscaping.▪ Inspect interior ceilings, floors and walls for visual mold, mildew or water damage.▪ Monitor HVAC system and humidity levels.▪ Operate garbage disposal, flush toilets and run water in all sinks, tubs and showers.▪ Check mailbox.▪ Check for household pest and rodent activity.▪ Opening and closing preparation.▪ Emergency contact for security company.▪ Allow access for deliveries and repairs.▪ Schedule sub-contractors for maintenance or repairs per owner request.▪ Provide digital photographs of interior and exterior for insurance purposes.▪ Miscellaneous tasks as agreed upon by parties.
VACANT LAND AND LARGE LAND PARCEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
▪ Keep trespassers off the property with signage and no trespass purple perimeter marking.▪ Oversee land development.▪ Stop illegal poaching working side by side with game warden and local Sheriff.▪ Install trail cameras for monitoring.▪ Assist in recruiting off-duty security for trespassing issues, vagrant control and illegaldumping.▪ Schedule maintenance.▪ If interested in selling timber, we will coordinate and oversee the work (meet with fence contractors, timber, and tree removal companies).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES MAY INCLUDE:
Open and closing preparations, purchasing of supplies and/or groceries, and other miscellaneous tasks as agreed upon by both parties.
