Overview
A New Veteran® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2022 that helps veterans and their families navigate the VA system completely free of charge, so they can access the benefits they have already earned through their service.
Led by founder and Executive Director Andrew Davenport, A New Veteran® serves veterans from every era, from Vietnam veterans to post 9/11 service members, because the need does not expire when your service ends. Andrew understands firsthand how hard it can be to get answers and get traction, and he believes every veteran deserves full access to the benefits they earned.
A New Veteran® meets people where they are, physically and mentally, offering clear guidance, practical next steps, and steady support when the process feels overwhelming or confusing.
