The day begins at 8:00 a.m. with the Annual Fishing Rodeo at Toccoa River Park, where you can enjoy a free hot dog lunch, giveaways, and prizes. At the same time, explore the Twin Cities Farmers Market on the Historic Steel Bridge, featuring fresh vegetables, crafts, and other local goods from local vendors. Car enthusiasts won't want to miss the Independence Day Classic Car Show at People's Bank of East Tennessee from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At noon, the community comes together for the Freedom Parade as it travels downtown. The festivities conclude with the rodeo finale at the Copperhill Ball Field, bringing an exciting finish to the day filled with patriotism, family fun, and small-town tradition.
