In order to view this page live, you'll need to make some adjustments to this template or your test form:

1. Rename your test form handle to freeformJsOverrides or adjust the form handle name inside this template to match your test form.
2. Make sure your test form includes the following fields at minimum, or adjust the overrides inside this template:
   • First Name text field with handle of firstName.
   • Last Name text field with handle of lastName.
3. Upon submit, this form will use JS to force a last name of "Smith" and validate that the first name is "Bob". A highly unlikely use-case, but the template code for this page indicates how you might get started with your own custom JS.
