Lodge Loft Living In-town

This industrial style loft has warm homey touches, featuring a blend of modern and antique furnishings. The master suite fea-tures an office and bath with spa elegance . A spacious guest room has an adjoining large bath. Two balconies overlook both East and West Main Streets. The homeowner designed the building to look as if it was always a part of Blue Ridge, then carved out this personal space for downsized in-town living.

Uptown Downtown Apartment

Visit this beautiful downtown home. It’s urban living on East Main with a spacious open living and kitchen area. A black and white color scheme adds to the sleek design of the kitchen with black marble counters. Two antique mantles grace the bed-room doorways to provide architectural detail. There are two large bedrooms. Outdoor space with a fireplace gives this home an open feel.

Renaissance Style Villa Hiding in Plain Sight

Originally built in 1979 by a prominent local family, this classic home was bought by a Fannin County native for his return to his hometown. The renovation and updating of this four bedroom, three bath home has lovingly preserved many of the origi-nal touches, such as the peacock wallpaper. The homeowner has added his own touches, including his Waterford glassware and his antiques, which he began collecting at age nine. Although right off the highway, the home feels secluded and has an Italian villa vibe

.
Elegance on the Lake
This lovely lakefront home combines rustic and modern touches. In addition to a large great room opening onto the deck and a screen porch with outdoor fireplace and swing, the main floor features a master suite with spa bath. Upstairs are two addi-tional bedrooms and a bath, plus a loft office overlooking the lake. The basement houses a large entertainment area with walkout access to the lake.

Our Very Own Blue Ridge Adirondack

Originally built in 1928 by an architect from Atlanta, and the venue for a large Fourth of July party in 1931, as reported in the Atlanta newspapers, this rustic log home is likely the oldest home standing on the lake today. The current homeowners are only the fourth owners of this heritage log home, having purchased it in 1999. They remodeled the kitchen and added the second story in 2009. In 2014, they added the master suite and apartment above it. Today the home has four bedrooms and five baths. The original living room looks much as it did when first constructed. A rocking chair porch overlooks the lawn and lake.

Living Large Lakeside Charmer

Enjoy the game and the marvelous lakeside view simultaneously from the outdoor rooms on this beautiful, lodge-style charming home on Lake Blue. From the spacious family rooms to the outdoor areas, this home compels you to relax. The touches of rock, brick and wood lend a cozy ambiance to this immaculate lakeside retreat.
